Yes, parking is located on the North end of the grounds, South of the Hillsboro Depot. Entrance and Exit are located on S. Walnut St. Next to the First Presbyterian Church.

Saturdays: 10 am, 12 pm, 2 pm, 4 pm, and 6 pm
Sundays: 11 am, 1 pm, 3 pm, and 5 pm
Tickets are made available the day of the event if the train is not sold out, however there is no guarantee that tickets will be available for purchase at train time. If tickets are available they are sold on a first come first serve bases.
Yes, credit cards are accepted to purchase your tickets. If trains are not 100% sold out on the day of the event, tickets may be available at the Depot the day of the event. There is NO Guaranteed availability on the day of the event and are first come first served. Credit cards are also accepted for purchases in the gift shop.

You will need to arrive about 20 minutes before the event begins to pick up your official tickets at the North Depot and receive your coach assignments for the train. The event itself lasts approximately 2 hours once the train departs Hillsboro Depot
Please dress appropriately for the weather, the coaches are not heated. At the North Pole there is space and zone heated and non-heated areas. You will find that if dressed appropriately it is really quite comfortable even on the coldest days.
No, unfortunately we cannot wait for individual families that fail to arrive in sufficient time to check in and get to their seats. We are on a tight schedule and unfortunately waiting for families that are late affects the schedule for the entire day. We will try to make arrangements for persons arriving late to get over to the North Pole, but you will miss out on the train ride to the North Pole. We strongly encourage you to make the necessary arrangements to arrive at least 30 minutes prior to your scheduled train time.
No, we are on a very tight schedule, every activity is designed with sufficient time to complete. Persons taking too long in one area is not our responsibility. Please plan accordingly and be mindful of the time as you go through the different activities. Announcements will be made as we approach departure time. Please be mindful of them and understand that any deviation from the schedule affects all persons attending later train times.
No, please be mindful of the health of all other passengers and staff. We do have overflow seating built into the train and do have the ability to move you to another train on a different day, and will do everything possible to do so, unfortunately this is not an option on the last day of the event.
